More
Don More is a Managing Director at Signal Hill Updata and was a Partner at Updata Advisors after joining in 1998. Mr. More leads the firm's IT Security and Internet practices. The 451 Group has recognized Signal Hill Updata multiple times as one of the leading investment banks in IT Security. Mr. More has completed more than 70 transactions with portfolio companies of leading financial investors and with public companies including CA, IBM, Quest Software, Symantec, and Websense.
Mr. More began his investment banking career as an M&A banker at Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he was a corporate attorney with Davis, Polk & Wardwell and Shearman & Sterling. Mr. More also worked at JP Morgan's corporate office prior to law school.
Mr. More received a J.D. with distinction from Columbia Law School, where he earned the graduation prize for legal advocacy, and a B.A. magna cum laude from Yale University.
