Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, has announced it has sold its interest in Paragon Computer Professionals, a Cranford, New Jersey-based provider of information technology solutions and strategic staffing services. Summit originally invested in Paragon in 1998.
Paragon provides business process solutions to Global 2000 clients in four key verticals: Communications, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Insurance. Paragon's experienced consultants are thought leaders in their fields and specialize in providing tailored, industry-specific solutions to improve business processes.
